RETURNS
At 580 SWIM, each piece has been designed with intention.
We hope you love yours as much as we loved creating it.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.

CHANGE OF MIND
We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • With hygiene liners intact
  • Free from makeup, tan, fragrance or marks
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these standards.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

SALE
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
Once your return has been received and approved, we can send you a new product or store credit will be issued for future use.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable service, as 580 SWIM is not liable for items lost in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS
We take pride in the quality of every 580 SWIM piece.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear images of the issue.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for items that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
Items damaged through wear, improper care, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
